Pre-Qualification Visit

A licensed and insured contractor visits your home to assess condition and scope. This visit helps confirm eligibility and identify what cosmetic updates may be appropriate.

No work is approved at this stage.

Targeted Update Plan

We identify the cosmetic updates most likely to help your home show its best to buyer, based on the pre-qualification visit.

Updates Completed

Sale & Closing

Your refreshed home goes to market.

If the home sells, the Base Solution portion is settled at closing
If the home does not sell during the agreed listing period, there is no cost for the covered portion of qualifying cosmetic updates
